Mommy Milkshake this year goes a step further! After the Run/Walk around Bonifacio Global City, all participants are invited to a brunch and breastfeeding expo at Mercato Centrale right after. There will be booths and activities showcasing mommy and nursing products and accessories, there will be fun and informational talks and activities for moms as well as kids.

*Breastfeeding Expo @Mercato Centrale- no entrance fees, this event is open to the Public and will run from 7am-2pm.

The 5th MOMMY MILKSHAKE RUN happens on August 14, 2011 in celebration of World Breastfeeding Month. The Mommy Milkshake Run is a relaxed and fun 3k and 5k run/walk designed specially for moms, moms-to-be, babies and kids, daddies and families.

Registration Fees:
Fee for Adults (5k) is Php500, (inclusive of Race Singlet)
Registration Fee for Adults (3k) is Php400, (inclusive of Race Singlet)
Registration Fee for Kids (3-12 y/o) is Php250, (inclusive of Race Singlet)
Infants and children below 3 years old will be given a race bib only.
(They are encouraged to wear a pink shirt with their race bib.)

Flow in the City: Surf Yoga Samba – July 30, 2011

If there’s one thing that I’m working on this year is to stick to a fitness routine. I’ve done Plana Forma and loved it but I haven’t been back in such a long time and my body is really feeling it (the stress at work is another thing altogether)

I’ve heard about Flow last year and I’ve been intrigued ever since. It’s an awesome weekend retreat of surfing, yoga and samba in La Union. Now the organizers are bringing Flow to the city! Too bad I have prior commitments this coming Saturday so I’m extending the invite to you!
