I first saw 3 Sprouts online while I was browsing baby and toddler items when David was just a baby. I remember bookmarking some of their items because they have the right combination of kiddy whimsy and sensibility without going overboard. The second time I saw 3 Sprouts was at Expo Mom 2012. I met Candice Tansipek, a mompreneur who brought in 3 Sprouts so that us Pinay moms can finally get our hands on these 3 Sprouts goodies.
Candice sent me two hooded towels for testing, a yellow monkey and a blue walrus.
These are some of the softest towels we have at home. The interior fabric is made of organic cotton knit and the exterior is made of really soft terry cloth. The hood is perfect for keeping your kid warm after bath and the designs are just adorable so that it ups the cute factor of your kid by 10 notches! The manufacturer guarantees that the outer shell is made up of 100 percent organic, unbleached cotton.
The towels are on the pricey side though with each retailing Php1,565 but they are huge! Sized 29″ x 29″ they look like beach towels for David and blankets for Noah haha. The towels are thick as well so that bundling up the boys are not a problem. After a few washes with mild detergent, the towels have stayed true to their shape and color and I see no sign of the cotton knit unraveling just yet. The hook on top of the hood makes it easy to hang the towels to a ready rack or hook in your bathroom.
I first got these towels in 2012. The towel has since held up and has remained super soft and the colors have not faded at all.
