Like most stuff I’ve gotten around to in the web nowadays, I found this site accidentally when I clicked on a tweet to a website and one link after another I found myself stuck at http://shitmykidsruined.tumblr.com/ and laughing so hard for a good 30 minutes. I shared this blog with a friend who’s got a baby girl and we were just nodding our heads at the thought that yeah, we might find ourselves in this blog too. DW has broken one of his lola’s glass vases already and promptly blamed his Ate Tem for it (he turned around and said HALA!! with pointing finger pa haha or rather huhu)
Consider these examples:
Combine these with the caption provided by hapless fellow parents and you’ve got a winner!!

May 29, 2010 at 12:36 amDavid didn’t say “hala” but he said to his yaya “lagot ka” and for your information I didn’t blame nor scold David’s yaya but rather asked her where she was when David pushed the vase. (Praise God, David wasn’t hurt) She said she was cleaning David’s chair because he just had his breakfast. So I told her not to leave David alone but must follow him more closely. He is so curious and touch, throw, and push anything that you forbid him to touch for in his own little mind, he wants to know why. I have raised three kids and I believe they grew up knowing what things they can play with and those that they can appreciate just by looking at it. My objective is that little David should know why we say “NO”. When he is alone with me in our room to play, his Lolo has a lot of gadgets that really arouse David’s curiosity but when i say no I always tell that it’s dangerous and that some gadgets will hurt him then he backs away.
