(See parts 1 and 2 of my Bellarocca post here and here)
Although we still enjoyed our time at the beach in Bellarocca, we spent most of our days in the resort’s pools. If you had much more dinero, you can rent a villa and have your very own private infinity pool. The day tour of the island included a stop at one of the villas. It was luxe! Kulang na lang voice over ni Robin Leach! (Champagne wishes and caviar dreams!)
For us regular folk, we soaked to our hearts’ (and our bodies’) delight in the resort’s pools.
This is the gorgeous, heated lap pool. It has a great view of the hotel and Mt. Malinding. I just kept taking pictures because it was just beautiful. In my pics the lap pool looked like a lagoon. The pool is near our Terraza and is a few steps from the front lobby and main dining area. You can order and eat at the poolside. This pool has no lifeguard but fluffy beach towels are plentiful.
By the beach is the heated infinity pool. It faces the beach on one side and a steep rock face in the other. The smaller pool is the kiddie pool where the water was just a little bit above DW’s chest. We stayed here until our bodies became wrinkled.
How you doin’?
The beach house offers the same menu as the main dining area but the food is ordered from the main dining hall and delivered via golf cart. It’s best to order in advance as it can take up to an hour for the food to arrive. We just swam while waiting and the attendant would call us when our food is ready (parang bahay lang haha)
Up Next: FOOD! (It’s the last of the series ! I really needed to break the posts otherwise mas mahaba pa sa hair ni Maja Salvador ang post ko) (Aminin you watch the Buzz haha)

September 9, 2011 at 11:49 amThe pool looks stunning! I think there are more better sand beaches (from your earlier post) here in the Philippines but this beach, it is heaven! I’d live in that pool if I can 🙂

I love swimming pools here! More than the beach, in fact. I suppose because I’m hard to please pag beach, hahaha.
Can’t wait for the food post, Nevs!
