I am starting to plan DW’s birthday and the most complicated bit of the planning is the cake — because I’ve decided (well for now) to bake it myself!!! I want to make a rainbow cake and I posted a pic of the most beautiful rainbow cake I’ve seen online! Do you have any tips to share for a first time baker?
