When BDW and I were planning on the food for DW’s party, we didn’t think twice about booking Center Table. We first tried them at a good friend’s wedding reception and booked them for DW’s baptismal reception. We got them again for DW’s birthday party because their food is great and is not your run of the mill party food (our forever favorites are their cream dory and roast beef). We want our friends and family to be well-fed and so it was a no-brainer for us to get these guys again. Their attendants are all well-mannered and attentive and we got all the left-overs from the party packed neatly in styro boxes and plastic bags. The head waiter also accounted for all the food served.
Aside from the food and great service, the other thing that makes Center Table the top choice for us is their set-up. They have themes to match any party and we were so happy with the safari theme set-up that they did. As with DW’s baptismal reception centerpieces, each guest table had a stuffed jungle animal and balloons. The linens were colorful and done in bright colors and each table had a leopard print overlay.
The other cutie stuffed animals. Too bad we couldn’t take ’em home π
the buffet centerpiece
Centertable has buffet options starting at Php 350 per head. They also have merienda cena and kiddie party packages. You can also mix and match menu items from other food packages just ask their AE. This is what we did for DW’s buffet. Our AE was Millet Pantia and she accommodated all our requests π
We also ordered a jumbo lechon from Sabroso, which the guests loved. Too bad the sauce ran out right away though and there wasn’t enough to go around. We ordered the lechon the day before and it was delivered to the venue for a minimal fee. We ordered the largest lechon which had us eating paksiw for a week!! haha π It was all good though π
We always allot a substantial amount of our party budget to food and Centertable and Sabroso did not disappoint.Β However, if you do order from Sabroso make sure you ask for a lot of lechon sauce!

Beautiful party!

April 13, 2011 at 11:57 pm@mom@work – hi π i would go for the cream dory, that’s our personal favorite and is a specialty of centertable. i really can’t say what’s a better choice for the pasta and i haven’t tried their puttanesca but i’ve tried their beef lasagna at a recent event and it’s really good and filling π

April 13, 2011 at 11:12 pmHi. I checked on Center Table’s menu pkgs for PhP375. They also have grilled blue marlin with lemon butter sauce. Do you think this is a better option compared to cream dory. I am also considering puttanesca instead of beef lasagna. What do you think is a better choice for a 50th
bday party?

April 12, 2011 at 3:21 pmHi! How much was your package that Center Table gave your for the mixed menu? And who were your other options for photographers? I inquired Ging but she’s on maternity leave on our birthday month. Thanks!

Any highly recommended/ must-have dishes?

February 17, 2011 at 9:27 pmHi Rei –
I only used what given to us by our AE. What we did was we mixed and matched some of the dishes from the other CenterTable menu so that we could get the best variety for our dishes. We didn’t get kiddie meals anymore it’s just one menu for all π

February 17, 2011 at 7:50 pmHi! I’m planning for my son’s birthday party and seriously considering Centertable for our caterer. Could you share with me your menu or the dishes you highly recommend from appetizer, main course to dessert? Did you have a separate menu for the adults? Thanks in advance! π

January 24, 2011 at 12:16 pmMommy neva, Would there be an additional charge if we ask center table to have a themed motif as well or would that be part of the package? thanks! π
manilamommy says
January 24, 2011 at 2:20 pmhi nico’s mom! it’s best to ask them if they could so something more customized but from what i know, they can only offer what they have since the materials and centerpieces are all prearranged. you’re probably better off with a decorator like jhoanne of polkadots events if you want something more personalized π
