If you need a quick dessert that’s easy to prepare, then this instant coffee jelly is right up your alley. I made this last weekend and it was a hit at the house!
There are only 4 ingredients:
1 pack of Mr. Gulaman (unflavored, white)
1 pack of any brand instant coffee
1 pack of condensed milk
1 pack of cream
How To’s:
1) Dissolve the pack of gulaman as directed
2) Once the gulaman is dissolved, add the instant coffee and then dissolve it as well.
3) Once the mixture is set pour them into containers and put them in the refrigerator
4) Once the jelly is set, cut them into cubes into the desired size. I cut them a bit large because I personally like biting into the coffee jelly chunks
5) In a bowl, mix the cream and the condensada. Chill the whole mixture and then serve!
Yep, I let David eat coffee jelly. I think the caffeine content of this dessert is overpowered by the sugar in the condensed milk anyway haha. Some recipes include sugar but I didn’t because the instant coffee already had sugar and the condensed milk already provides enough sweetness.
