Hi everyone! This is the 3rd installment on my ongoing series on DW first birthday bash!
My first post was on Jiggles, the Balloon Lady. She’s a wonderful balloon artist and host which made DW’s party a whole lotta fun.
My second was on DW’s safari themed decors which was done by Polkadots Events. Jhoanne is awesome and she did a custom backdrop for DW that’s based on his invite.
Now on to DW’s birthday cake! For this, we decided to do a cupcake tower with Frupcakes by Clarissa Banaag. I did a review on Frupcakes at our family blog ManilaReviews. These cupcakes are infused with real fruits so each bite is fresh and yummy! We ordered the best sellers package which includes Banana Chocolate, Mango Vanilla, The Looove Cupcake and PB & Banana.
Our guests got some of the cupcakes but the problem with the mini cupcakes was that we didn’t have containers for the cakes to bring them home in. We ended up bringing 4 styrofoam boxes home and that’s after giving away a couple of boxes to my friends already!
The tower was topped by a chocolate cake that had safari animal fondant figurines.
We love the cupcakes but on hindsight I should have thought of containers to put them in so that guests would have been able to bring these goodies home but otherwise this is another win for us!
Frupcakes also does small orders and you can personalize them if you want to surprise a loved one. You can see more of the cutie cupcakes at their website.
