A shopping trip to SnR is always an event in our family, parang field trip. We use the big family van so we can all go and shop for our supplies for the month. My most favorite thing to do while shopping at SnR is discovering new products that I wouldn’t find anywhere else. Of course the food at SnR is always good, sulit na ang one whole pizza to keep us happy for lunch and merienda.
So I went around and took pics during our trip to SnR yesterday so that I can share with you some of the things that caught my eye. Some of these went to our grocery cart, some were filed into the Notes app in my phone for my wishlist heehee!
1) Christmas items
Big Christmas balls, Christmas villages, pretty Christmas wrappers and decor are already out on display and for sale. And yes they’re already taking orders for Douglas Fir Christmas trees too (Php 3,799.95)
2) Halloween Candy and Other Treats
For all the upcoming Hallooween parties and trick or treaters, here’s what you can get at SnR:
Tootsie Roll Child’s Playtime pack for Php629.95
A big box of Ring Pop for Php699.95
I bought this bag of M&M’s Mix Ups for me (not for trick or treating haha) Php 229.95.
LOTS of assorted Hershey’s and Nestle chocolates. I also found a tub of Milanos that are individually packed and ready for baon. Oh lord ang saya nya!
Hershey’s packs go for Php899.95 for 150 pieces of chocolates.
Ang walang kakupas kupas na Nathaniel’s Buko Pandan Salad 1 gallon (Php999.95). Nagisip kami ni Dan if we should bring one home hahaha it’s too much for us but it’s perfect for parties!! Nathaniel’s Buko Pandan is always our “toka” for family gatherings and we’re so glad we can buy a gallon at our neighborhood SnR.
3) Keurig!!!
Ok I mentioned about the Keurig in my last post. I finally found it in person. IT IS GORGEOUS!! I may just have to allocate a piece of my bonus for this thing of beauty.
I also saw a lot of pods on sale too. I can almost taste the freshly brewed coffee! Konting ipon na lang….
4) Funky appliances
I cannot get over this really cute vintage personal refrigerator. It can very well fit perfectly into a bedroom to keep your snacks, medicines and drinks cool and fresh.
This popcorn maker is perfect for family movie nights! I also saw the Simple Touch Steamer!! I’ve added this to my family’s gift list.
5) Produce
I didn’t buy these but I was really happy to see Padron Peppers and Keffir Lime Leaves available here! I don’t know how to cook with these but if you’re looking for these ingredients, SnR has them!
6) Stuffed Toys
We saw these cute stuffed toys around SnR and there were also huge ones at the toy section. They’re perfect for cuddling or if you have boys like mine for wrestling 😛 The medium ones like the monkey on kuya’s back is Php1,299 each.
These big ones are Php5,999 each.
7) Specials on Beauty!
These Cetaphil items are on sale, I actually have to go back and buy more. My skin needs a lotta scrubbing because of all the stress I’ve been having at work. The cleanser is just Php479.95 and the lotion is Php 449.95
And so is the Cool Moisture variant of Dove shampoo and conditioner. Php 249.95 each
8) Other good items to take note of
We always have a ready box of Emergen-C at home. Whenever me or Dan feel really weak and our immune system is down, we drink a glass of Emergen-C for a much needed boost of vitamin C. I also saw an Emergency Aid kit for Php 1,399.95. I’m seriously thinking of getting one for our home just for the kids and train the nannies how to use them. Also, EOS lip balms are on sale at SnR. Each pack is Php999.95. It’s perfect for gifting gal pals at the office or for your daughter’s barkada!
If you want to know more about good deals at SnR just like their facebook page which is always updated. Until the next shopping trip folks!!
