But I have to say that three things stood out for me when all the excitement died down:
- Beauty and grace under pressure. – Ako pag nakahulog ng ballpen, firt reaction ko would be AAAAAY sabay lukot ng mukha. I am clumsy super but Miss Colombia and Miss Philippines were graceful both in defeat and in victory. I don’t know what kind of training they got or if its’ inborn but my gosh wala ako nyan. Walang-wala hahaha
Here she is in motion..still very poised and graceful!
2) Steve Harvey owned up to his mistake right away. He is right, it was a horrible mistake. He may not live this moment down but he did what he had to do. He held himself accountable for the major booboo, which really was the right thing to do.
3) Ang bilis ng Pinoy gumawa ng meme!! A few seconds after the announcement that Miss Philippines, Pia Wurtzbach, is actually the winner of Miss Universe, my friends quickly sent these memes to our viber groups.
