If your weekends this March aren’t booked yet, here’s a list of events that I know you will enjoy with your family. What I love about these events is that they are all mom and family-centered so everyone in the family can have fun.
Mompreneur Market
First up is the Mompreneur Market. It started last weekend and a second one will happen this coming Saturday and Sunday. It’s a scaled down Mommy Mundo event that still has all your favorite vendors. If you’re looking for ManilaBaby Wetbags, which will be so perfect for summer, Nurture Nook will be selling them at the market!
Mom Pop-Up
One of the first Mom-organized Pop-Up events is back!! We’re so happy that ManilaBaby is part of Mom Pop-Up this year! We’ll be launching our newest products and we will be holding clearance sales of past season items on March 16, 2014. The time is very family-friendly too. It will start at 12 and end at 6.
Although shopping is the main event there will be other activities during the day but you need to sign up so you and your kiddos can get a slot:
Breastfeeding Myths (By Next9 and Chronicles of a Nursing Mom) https://www.eventbrite.com/
Keys to Discovery
I really really want to go with David to this one. Some of my friends are Keys parents and they’ve shared with me this event which will benefit an adopted school in Leyte, the Palo Cathedral Learning Center, which was severely damaged by Yolanda. The proceeds will also benefit the Keys’ Teachers Fund.
Keys to Discovery is a 3-in-one ART+MUSIC+HERITAGE event for children of all ages and their families, which will all happen at the National Gallery of Art of the National Museum and culminates at the majestic Old Senate Hall.
Guests will start off their afternoon at 3pm with a tour of the National Gallery of Art which houses some of the nation’s historical masterpieces such as Luna’s “Spolairium”, and so many more. They are then led to the Old Senate Hall and is treated to a fascinating multi-arts show with live art and music by the My Masterpiece Movement, and then culminates in the main act, an hour-long concert by the Philippine Youth Symphonic Band (PYSB).
Mind Museum Summer Tickets!
I finally bought tickets to Mind Museum! The summer passes are on sale at Deal Grocer. The vouchers can be used all summer until May 31. They just restocked as of writing so hurry up and buy because they’re selling fast!
Have a happy March everyone!
