When Noah came home, I asked Dan if we should tell David right away about what makes Noah special. Dan told me that we shouldn't yet lest we cloud David's enjoyment of his new brother and of being a kuya. I agreed. Our Dearest Baby Noah
Noah is finally home and we are complete. The last month was such a struggle that when I heard from the doctor that he's coming home that I burst into happy tears. I also felt relieved. It's the start of another work week. I'm still on maternity leave and everyday I visit Baby N in the NICU. The good news is that he's out of the Isolette (incubator) and he's thriving. The nurses at the NICU made him a glove balloon and wrote the words "Happy One Month!" and stuck it to the side of our kid's bassinet.
