Calling All Future Youtube Stars!! This is it!!

Last weekend, I attend Smart’s launch of “Own It” it’s a platform that encourages everyone, especially the youth, to share their passions to the world, giving them a voice larger than themselves.

Under this campaign, Smart has teamed up with YouTube for Smart Launchpad, a program to help budding content creators upload their own work and broadcast it to the world via Upload Stations or via online submission at smart.com.ph/launchpad. Smart will be tapping industry experts for workshops and the most deserving content creators will get a chance to fly to LA for a once-in-a-lifetime experience of collaborating with the biggest YouTube Stars. During the launch, Bogart the Explorer and Michael Josh Villanueva, Pinoy Youtube stars were there to share how much their lives have changed since becoming viral stars in Youtube. Bogart is one of my all time favorites! I follow all his social media accounts kasi naman nakakatawa sya!! Kaya eto nagpa pic ako haha

David naman follows DanTDM on youtube. He’s a guy from the UK who has millions of subscribers! All he does is review games all day long. I always watch along with David and DanTDM is engaging and wholesome!! (Yay!!!) I mean can you imagine that being a “youtuber” is an actual job na?? Amazing!

So, if you or you know someone who has a message to get across then head on over to these Launchpad stations because nothing is more effective nowadays than video!!

Kumpleto sila ng equipment (as in props and yes even clothes and musical instruments that can be borrowed) and gadgets guys (sponsored by Samsung pa!) They have rehearsal spaces and once you’re ready to shoot, on hand experts will help you with make-up and shoot your video. Then Smart’s fast connection will broadcast your video to the world!!
