Hola fellow manilamommies and maniladaddies!
Here’s the 2nd post on the suppliers we worked with for DW’s party. My first post was on Jiggles the Balloon Lady. Now, second on my list of suppliers is Polkadots Events. I found Jhoanne over at Multiply and booked her after reading feedback from fellow N@wies and talking to Jhoanne via email. Jhoanne is so easy to work with and she stayed with us the entire day. She really took care of the details and even asked some of her staff to help me. So parang naka bonus ako and had a planner on that day as well!
It was her first time to do a safari theme and she really spruced up Valle Verde 5’s clubhouse! I also asked her to do a backdrop based on DW’s invite and she added more animals to make the backdrop look fuller. She also supplied the hotdog stand and the FIC cart. The FIC cart was a big hit. I thought I could bring home a couple of gallons after the party but nope, ubos na ubos na ubos ang ice cream (i think we had close to 10 gallons of ice cream! haha :D)
Here are some pics of Jhoanne’s work:
The colorful balloon decors. Her team created vines which crawled across the clubhouse’s ceiling 🙂
close-up of the mylar balloons which all the kids brought home!
the really cute backdrop. the safari animals and the jeep were all based on DW’s invite.
The entrance sign and two pillars with mylar balloons on top
The FIC and hotdog and french fries food carts

Can you give me an estimate on how much you spent for the decor thanks
hi joy, the rest rooms are at the office admin’s office which is a few feet away from the clubhouse. they’re well maintained and not open to the public naman. the clubhouse is about 3-4 blocks from the gate, but it’s a bit of a walk pa rin.
I’m not sure if the place is accessible to PUVs but here are directions to the clubhouse I got online:
Directions to Valle Verde 4 Clubhouse:
From Megamall:
1. Use Julia Vargas Ave. in the direction of C5. You will pass Meralco Ave. and go straight.
2. You will see Ortigas Home Depot to your left. Continue straight.
3. Just before you reach the stoplight, you will see an entrance (Gate 1) to Valle Verde 4 to your left. Turn left and enter the gate.
4. Ask for instructions to the Valle Verde 4 Clubhouse. The clubhouse is at the end of the road of the entrance.
From Robinson’s Galleria:
1. Go straight Ortigas Avenue in the direction of Medical City, C5 and Cainta.
2. You will see Meralco to your left; continue on straight.
3. Before you reach Medical City, you will see an entrance (Gate 2) to Valle Verde 4 to your right.
4. Ask for instructions to the Valle Verde 4 Clubhouse.
